• Payment and Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the specified payment methods. Any fees generated by the emitting bank will be covered by the buyer.


• Shipping and Delivery: The art piece will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided during the checkout process. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect information will be the buyer's responsibility.


• Refund and Return Policy: Refunds will only be considered within 60 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the art piece must be returned in its original condition, without any damages or alterations. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damage during transit. Refunds will be issued after the returned art piece has been received and inspected.


• Guarantee and Warranty: The art piece is guaranteed to be authentic and as described in the listing. The warranty covers any damage to the art piece that occurs during shipping, provided the buyer contacts us within 7 days of delivery. To claim the warranty and receive a refund or replacement, the buyer must provide a video of the art piece being opened as it was delivered, clearly showing any damages.


• Artwork Care and Display: The buyer is responsible for proper care and handling of the art piece to ensure its preservation. Displaying the artwork in direct sunlight or extreme environmental conditions may lead to damage and void the warranty.


• Copyright and Reproduction: The purchase of the art piece does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. Reproduction or use of the artwork for commercial purposes without explicit permission from the artist is strictly prohibited.


• Privacy Policy: The buyer's personal information will be for internal use only and will not be revealed to any 3rd parties.


• Amendment of Terms: These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The most recent version will be applicable to all purchases.
